I know, I know, what are we waiting for but just to keep those updates coming.

I can only speak for myself - I should probably let you know that Keety started working full time about 3 months ago now and that she is just very busy with her new job. As for me, I must say I've been finding it difficult getting back into anything Boyzone related after Stephen's death.

I hate to call him my "favourite member of Boyzone" because I've just always loved all of the Boyz so much but Stephen had a special place in my life. He was there for me during a time and in a way that nobody else ever could. He was my hero. I loved Steo (I still do actually ). And though you might say I've been lucky in my life so far, losing him was clearly the worst thing that ever happened to me.

And at the moment, whenever I see the Boyz, all I see is what's not there. And I am sorry about that. I'm so happy for Mikey that he is finally getting "out there". I want him to shine. I've always wanted that. Not only on Dancing on Ice.

If Boyzone continues, I suppose he'll get to sing more lead vocals than before. Now people who know me will know that I've been pro "Let Mick Sing" for a very long time - but like that? I wanted him to sing lead vocals as well as Stephen and not because Stephen is not there anymore to sing them.

I don't know if I will ever lose this bitter feeling when I see Boyzone from now onwards. It's only been three and a half months so the pain is probably still very raw, only time will tell. But the bottom line is, right now, I can't work on this site. I'm findining it hard enough to actually watch Mikey on the ice, let alone find the strength to put regular updates on this site.

And I'm really sorry about that. It seems ironic, since we've been running this site for so many years and now that there's something to write about, we almost abandon it. I just wanted to let know I do care, I love Mick, I love the Boyz. I just can't do it right now.

"The four remaining members of Boyzone spoke exclusively to Sky News this morning for the first time since Stephen passed away.

In this interview, they spoke about their feelings about his death and how he had been at his happiest when he passed away and that's what is making it so hard for him. They also spoke about the funeral and their night spent inside the church with Stephen's coffin.

They also announced plans to release a new album as a tribute to Stephen, revealing that he had recorded vocals on two new songs shortly before he died."

The couple had been partying the night before and Stephen went to sleep on the couch and never woke up again. He died from pulmonary oedema.

I think Michael's tweet says it all:
"we have just lost our brother and friend. our hearts are broken and our minds confused.please bare with us."

Rest in peace Stephen. We will miss you so much.

In their nineties heyday Boyzone were mobbed by gangs of delirious fans every time they went out in public.

After four albums and 10 million record sales, the five Irish lads decided to split in 2000 - cue sobbing fans all over the world.

But in 2007 Ronan, Mikey, Stephen, Keith and Shane decided to go through it all again when they reformed, and you can see the band back in action at Sandown Park Racecourse next Thursday, August 6.
